Your details, kept short.
When you join the FALL / SPRING list, we keep your name and email so we can tell you about passes, the programme and partner places. Nothing else, and we don't sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Who is responsible
FALL / SPRING is produced by Sorry, No Polar Bears. The data controller is Carrison Oy (business ID 2655586-4), Helsinki, Finland. Questions about your data: hello@snpb.fi.
What we collect
- Your name and email address
- What you're interested in: attending, partnering or speaking
- When you signed up, and the country your connection came from (taken from your connection, not a precise location)
Why, and on what basis
We use your details only to send you updates about FALL / SPRING and, if you said you're interested in partnering or speaking, to get in touch about that. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details. Then we delete them.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the sign-up list.
- Resend delivers the email that tells us someone has signed up.
Both may process data outside the EU. Those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. The fonts are hosted on this site, so no outside service sees your visit.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or get a copy of it. Email hello@snpb.fi and we'll answer within a month. To unsubscribe, reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us. If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
